Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking. All deposits are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.

Legal Framework
All bookings are considered time-specific leisure services under:
- EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(l))
Therefore: No right of withdrawal applies after booking confirmation.
2.
Deposit Policy
- A 100% deposit is required to secure the booking
- The deposit is non-refundable
The yacht and time slot are reserved exclusively for the client.
3.
Cancellation Terms
| Scenario | Outcome |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours before departure | Deposit is 100% refundable |
| Less than 72 hours before departure | The Company may charge up to 100% of total booking value |
| No-show | Treated as last-minute cancellation (100% charge) |
4.
Rescheduling
- Date changes may be requested
- Subject to availability and Company approval
- Not guaranteed
5.
Weather Conditions
If weather conditions are unsafe:
The Company may:
- Reschedule the cruise
- Offer an alternative route
- Issue a refund (full or partial) at its discretion
The Captain's decision is final.
