Terms & Conditions

All cruises are private leisure services operated within the Ayia Napa – Protaras coastal region (Republic of Cyprus) and comply with applicable maritime regulations.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Adjust itineraries, routes, and departure locations
• Modify schedules due to weather, port authority requirements, or operational needs

The Captain has full authority onboard, including safety and navigation decisions.

Failure to follow instructions may result in:

• Refusal of boarding
• Termination of the cruise without refund

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a 100% deposit.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer
• Revolut
• Secure online payment (e.g. Stripe)

The Company reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations.

Guests must:

• Follow all safety instructions from the Captain and crew
• Respect maritime safety regulations
• Behave responsibly and lawfully

The Company reserves the right to:

• Refuse boarding to intoxicated or disruptive individuals
• Terminate the cruise without refund if behavior is unsafe or inappropriate

Cruises operate across multiple sheltered locations within Eastern Cyprus.

The Company may:

• Change routes or departure points
• Adjust timing for safety reasons

If conditions are unsafe:

• The cruise may be rescheduled or modified
• Refunds may be issued at the Company's discretion

The Captain's decision is final in all safety matters.

Guests are responsible for:

• Their personal belongings
• Any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence or misconduct

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal items
• Injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions
• Incidents resulting from guest negligence

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
