Therefore: No right of withdrawal applies after booking confirmation.

- The deposit is non-refundable
The yacht and time slot are reserved exclusively for the client.

The Company may charge up to 100% of total booking value

Treated as last-minute cancellation (100% charge)

Rescheduling
- Date changes may be requested
- Subject to availability and Company approval
- Not guaranteed

Weather Conditions
If weather conditions are unsafe:
The Company may:
- Reschedule the cruise
- Offer an alternative route
- Issue a refund (full or partial) at its discretion
The Captain's decision is final.
